Getting Started
Here at 121Tuition we know your time is precious, so we’ve made sure that sign up and registration is speedy and straightforward. There are no joining or on-going membership fees and you remain in complete control throughout the process. Read on to discover the stages you need to follow so that 121Tuition can start to help your child improve his or her grades.Registration takes only a few minutes

sign up
- Sign up begins with 121 Tuition when you fill in the contact form with your details.
- We will then send you a confirmation email or text message.
Complete Registration
- A form will be emailed or handed to you. Please complete and email/send back to us. This form will ask some basic information about your child.
- next we will arrange for your childs first visit to our centre.
- Please note an adult will be required to take responsibility for payments. Adults aged 18 or over can complete registration and make payments for lessons.
Tutor is selected
- Once registration is complete, we will allocate a tutor for your child. This is done by reviewing tutor resumes and selecting one of our expert tutors who meet the criteria.
Arrange and book your child’s first session
- Your child’s first session will be a free assessment, to see what level your child is currently working at and to allow the teacher to know where your child is struggling.
- The tutor will give your child the information that he/she will require to carry on further lessons. This will include information on how each lesson is set out and how often homework is given. The tutor may also set a task for the child to hand in on his/her next session.
Arrange and book further sessions
- Now that your child has completed the assessment. He/she will be ready to start the sessions. You can book further sessions by sending an email to info@121tuition.org or through the contact us page. Once we have booked your childs time slot. Payment will need to be made. Please note payment must be made 24 hours prior to the session.
- You can cancel or re-arrange sessions with 48 hours notice. If notice is not given, full payment for the session will be taken.
- Sessions take place at our centre. The sessions last 60 minutes. From this 5 minutes at the start is used to explain the lesson and request homework, 50 minutes will be the main session time and 5 minutes at the end will be reserved for explaining homework and giving feedback to your child.
- Once the lesson is over the tutor will send a summary sheet of the topics covered in the lesson and any agreed action, home with your child.
